Privacy Notice

Admiral Heights Water Removal runs emergencywaterremovalannapolismd.com, a guide to water damage cleanup in Annapolis, Maryland and nearby Anne Arundel County communities.

You can reach us by phone at (410) 873-8735 or by email at hello@emergencywaterremovalannapolismd.com. This notice explains what information the site and its phone number collect, why, and who receives it.

This site does not perform water removal, cleanup, drying, or repairs. Calls to (410) 873-8735 are answered by, or connected to, independent water damage restoration companies, and those companies set their prices and perform the work.

During a call you choose what to share. That can include your name, phone number, property address, a description of the damage, and insurance details. We share these details with the restoration company you speak with so it can answer your request.

The restoration company handles your information under its own policies once it receives it. Ask that company directly about how it stores and uses your details.

Calls to the site's phone number may be recorded. Maryland Courts and Judicial Proceedings §10-402 permits recording only when every party to the call has given prior consent. Any recording of a call follows that rule.

You can decline consent by ending the call. Recordings and call records, such as the calling number, time, and length, are kept with the call details in this notice.

Cloudflare hosts this site. To deliver and protect the site, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time.

The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not set cookies, and we see only totals such as visits per page, referring sites, and device types.

The site also uses Google Analytics 4, a service of Google LLC, to understand how visitors use its pages. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects data such as pages viewed, device type, approximate location, and the source of the visit.

You can block Google Analytics with the browser add-on Google offers for that purpose, or by blocking cookies in your browser settings.

The site has no contact form, no user accounts, and no mailing list. The phone number is the only way to reach a restoration company through the site.

An email you send to us is used to answer your message about the site and is not added to any list.

We use the information described above for these purposes only:

• To pass your call details to the restoration company you speak with.
• To answer your email.
• To run, measure, and protect the site and the phone system.
• To meet legal duties, respond to lawful requests, and protect our rights.

We keep call records, recordings, and emails only as long as the purposes in this notice need them, or longer when a law requires it. Cloudflare keeps its technical logs under its own retention rules.

You can ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Email hello@emergencywaterremovalannapolismd.com or call (410) 873-8735. We respond to each request as applicable law requires.

The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

We revise this notice when our practices or the law change. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version.
